Terms & Conditions

Our Service and Guarantees [Corporate Supplies & Deliveries]

COOLCOLOURS- Brainworx Consult’s general “Terms and Conditions” apply to every proposal. A copy of these “Terms and Conditions” is available on request.
PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS:
– All prices quoted are net and include VAT.
– If individual items are not delivered, the client may withhold payment.
– Payment may not be withheld on any invoices whatsoever if the order has only be partially filled.
– Prices quoted include initial delivery and packages. Please check with your Sales Consultant to confirm the date and times of delivery to your area.
– No COD delivery will be made unless the invoice is settled in full at the time of the delivery.
– Delivery teams are instructed to return stock to COOLCOLOURS-Brainworx Consult if full payment is not received.
– Please Note: Should payment for a COD order be made by cheque a 7-10 day clearance period will be applicable before goods are released. If payment is made by EFT, a 3 day clearance period will apply.
ORDERS:
– All quotes / orders must be confirmed by signing an official order as well as signing this “Service and Guarantee document.
– Verbal orders will not be acceptable.
– Please confirm a more accurate lead time on placement of orders with your Sales Consultant.
– Please note no ‘made to order’ or ‘special’ items’ may be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
VALIDITY:
All prices quoted are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated.
GUARANTEE:
All items carry guarantee against faulty packaging/on transit defects . Please ask your Sales Consultant for the specific guarantees for items quoted on.
DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION:
– Items will be delivered within 4-5 working days.
– Should any delay arise, we will advise on the appropriate lead time.
– Under no circumstances may goods be returned to COOLCOLOURS-Brainworx Consult after delivery without prior written agreement.
– Once goods have been received, the responsibility for care of the items will be with the Customer.
– COOLCOLOURS-Brainworx Consult requires that a Company Representative is available at the time of delivery to check the delivery and sign relevant documentation.
All deliveries will be confirmed with the Customer, the day prior to delivery.
DELAYS:
– In many cases, if installation/assembly is required, the delivery and installation can not be completed on the same day, because of the nature and size of the installation. Your COOLCOLOURS-Brainworx Consultant will advise you on this. In such cases installation will occur the day after delivery.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
– Any changes to layout and deliveries made after initial delivery and installation will be for the Client’s account and calculated at an hourly rate.
– Should the Client request delivery or installation outside of the specific working hours of COOLCOLOURS-Brainworx Consult, it will be calculated at an hourly rate.
– Storage costs will apply for any customer delivery delays exceeding 5hrs. Please check the weekly storage rate with your Sales Consultant.

Local Production Terms & Conditions

Our minimum order quantity on Branding  is as follows:

  • 0 to 24 units : R1200 surcharge
  • 25 to 50 units : R250 set up fee cost per design
  • 51 to 100 units : R150 set up fee per design
  • 101 and over free

Kindly take note of the below regarding the lead times for branding:

  • Artwork gets done within 24 hours from quote approval provided the logos are supplied to us in the correct format.
  • Sampling starts only when the artwork is approved.
  • 51 units and above sample produced in 72HRS to 7DAYS from artwork approval.

 

Terms and conditions – local production

  • All branding prices are valid for 1 month. All stock prices are valid for 7 days from quoting.
  • Quotes are based on estimated prices; a more accurate price will be confirmed once a sample is made up.
  • Heat transfer prices excluding weeding
  • Artwork: all pantone colours, logos etc. must be provided by the customer. Artwork should be supplied in Vector / AI or high resolution Pdf formats. Any artwork to be re-drawn will be charged @ R250 per hour
  • Prices for blank stock do not include transport direct to customer. Alternatively, should you require direct delivery for blank stock, please advise on order confirmation to receive a quote accordingly. On branded orders the quote would have included transport direct to your door.
  • Please note we can only reserve stock for 48 hours
  • Payment: 100% payment prior to starting the branding order for all customers. Please allow for final payments to reflect in our account before goods are collected
  • Artwork and sampling will only commence on quote approval
  • Once artwork is approved, a sample will be made as per the approved artwork. Should the customer make changes thereafter an additional fee will be charged for each change made
  • Any artwork to be re-drawn will be charged @ R250 per hour
  • Production will only commence once a sample is approved in writing
  • Production lead times will be specified once the job has been planned and sample approved
  • Reject rate : We allow for a 1% reject rate on all orders
  • Should sampling be done and the customer decides to cancel, there will be a Digitizing charge of R250 per logo
  • Please note if we have received an official order and have to move stock, there will be a 15% surcharge if the order is cancelled after moving the stock.
  • Please note if you do not place the order and we make up a sample, we will invoice you for the sample with a setup fee of R350.
